The success and accomplishments she has achieved during her career especially the two major significant governmental projects in Jordan, The establishment of the Human Resources Department and the Restructuring for the Royal Hashemite Court and the Organizational Performance Improvement Project for Greater Amman Municipality holding two major roles, the Project Director and the Mayor’s Advisor for Human Resources Affairs ; granted her high credibility and appreciation from her superiors, also provided her with the opportunity of diverse experience.
